We focus upon users, rather than process, to develop recruitment and talent management tools that can greatly assist those managing recruitment or large scale change programmes. Increasing candidate reach

Pinpoint Leader logoAs part of our innovation, we have developed a senior jobs portal dedicated to public sector recruitment: http://www.pinpointleader.com/. This site pulls together all of the management roles (£40k+) that are being advertised across all of our client sites. There is no additional charge for a listing on this site.

With no cost barrier for clients to post management roles, we expect this site to become the primary place for candidates looking for senior roles in the public sector. This gives our clients a much broader and diverse spread of potential candidates, than simply relying upon their organisatinal site. It also assists in attracsting cross sector skills to Health, such as candidates currently working within Local Government.

Increasing diversity

Equal opportunities monitoring forms part of the application process. You can access these statistics for your assignments at any part of the process and use this information to flex your media campaign if you are failing to attract a diverse range of applicants. Across the entire database, we can also let you know how many of our registered candidates, who have completed the form, match specific criteria. This gives you an example of the Equal Opportunities report.

Project management tools

A new G3 site will provide the following:

  • A recruitment site, where you can post any management role within the organisation.
  • An online application system.
  • Direct access to all applications via the applications module.
  • Built in candidate management module to manage candidate applications and all communication through the various stages, at the click of a mouse.
  • Effective equal opportunities monitoring at every stage.
  • The system includes a secure, shared information repository with different levels of access so that documents can be shared online. This reduces the use of email to circulate sensitive information and greatly reduces the need to print out documentation.
